The Civility Home Care name was established in 2017. We are a family-owned and operated Non-Medical Support Agency proudly serving clients in Connecticut who will benefit from assistance with daily living. Our support staff is dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being of seniors and others needing support by delivering quality service with diligence and compassion.
We encourage our clients to take part in the service planning, process and always look forward to long, friendly and therapeutic relationships.
SERVICE SCHEDULING OPTIONS
When you need assistance for intervals of more than 8 hours and fewer than 14 hours each day, a live-in support worker is affordable and practical. This means someone will be on-site 24-hours a day, residing with you to ensure availability when needed with no delay.
Non Live-In 24-hour Support
This is an option for clients who need more assistance than can be effectively provided by one person in a 24-hour shift. The schedule may be organized as two 12-hour shifts or three 8-hour shifts, allowing each person to work productively with relief from another staff member when their shift is completed.
Non Live-In Regular Hourly
Our hourly shifts are from 4 to 12 hours and are customized for the individual and the family we support. Each service plan is designed to address your schedule and needs as quickly as possible. Hourly support may be scheduled morning, noon, or night to best accommodate your requirements.
Personal Care allows seniors and others to remain in the comfort of home as long as possible, by supporting the activities of daily living. This service is tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Homemaking and Companionship
These services are designed to enhance the quality of life for seniors and others by combatting loneliness and isolation, while helping to maintain a healthy environment.
Respite and Hospice Care
These services can be a great help for families providing the greater part of care for an individual needing a wide range of support or who may be facing a terminal illness.
Care Coordination and Management
Aligning the care needs for a client and their family can ease stress and confusion for all. Our professional staff will ensure that everyone involved in care is communicating and implementing all requirements and preferences with clarity.
